During this time, we’ll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about the next steps.

Foundations

$250 includes your first month's membership and 5 one-on-one sessions to on ramp you into our Functional Fitness classes.
 
 

24 Hour Facility Access

  • $110/month includes access to 24hr side and all classes
  • $70 Monthly for just 24 hour access
  • Discounts available for Police, Firefighters ,EMS, Students, Teachers, Military, Veterans, Nurses, Those over 65, & additional household family members after 1st membership

Fit Kids

  • $8/class per child
  • 5 punch pass for $40
  • For Siblings $8 for the first child and $6 for any other

Personal Training

  • $55 for 1 session
  • $200 for 4 sessions
  • $360 for 8 sessions
  • $480 for 12 sessions

Note: Must have active membership with MRF to use Personal Training packages

Nutrition

  • 3 month commitment
  • $499 for month 1
  • $399 for month 2 & 3 and thereafter

Power Yoga

  • Included in $110/mo full access membership  
  • Included in $85/mo functional fitness membership

Functional Fitness

Athlete's Class

  • $85/month
  • This class is specifically for athletes that are looking to better themselves and their teams by getting stronger and more explosive. The athletes will work hard every day!
