This strength and conditioning program is for student athletes in 7th through 12th grades. This class is programmed and coached by Jarrod Wyatt. Coach Wyatt’s main goal for his athletes is learning to move properly and turn on the appropriate muscles when executing all lifts. These athletes also implement explosive jumps, coordination drills, loaded carries, and sport specific movements throughout this program. This class is specifically for athletes that are looking to better themselves and their teams by getting stronger and more explosive. The athletes will work hard every day!
