Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Trainers will track your progress over the course of your sessions. We recommend you take advantage of at least two Personal Training sessions per week to ensure maximum results. Active membership must be maintained to continue training sessions.

- $55 for 1 session
- $200 for 4 sessions
- $360 for 8 sessions
- $480 for 12 sessions
Must have active membership with MRF to use Personal Training packages.
