Our power yoga class is no walk in the park. You can expect to improve your balance, posture, coordination, and full body strength. Whether you are brand new or seasoned, our staff will help you learn to control and perfect your movement. By incorporating yoga into your regular training program you’ll see the benefits of better mobility & recovery. As a standalone practice, yoga can help reduce stress, relieve tension, and help you approach your day with balance and confidence.
