What is Functional Fitness?

Functional fitness classes are exercises that focus on improving your ability to perform everyday movements and activities. The goal is to improve your overall fitness and quality of life by enhancing your strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and mobility.

These classes typically involve a combination of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and cardio exercises, as well as functional movements like squats, lunges, pushes, pulls, and twists. The workouts are designed to simulate real-life movements and activities, such as lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs, or carrying groceries.

Functional fitness classes are suitable for people of all fitness levels, as they can be easily scaled or modified to accommodate individual needs and abilities. Our instructors typically provide options for different levels of difficulty, and participants can work at their own pace.
