In our Jacked AF Functional Fitness classes we push ourselves hard through a workout containing a variety of strength and conditioning exercises that help us become stronger humans in our everyday lives. Our programming is designed to build both strength and cardiovascular output through varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will train a different muscle group to become stronger.
